As part of MeetingPackage’s Channel Manager, this enhancement builds on the already established two-way instant booking connection, enabling venues to now receive Venue Directory RFPs directly inside MeetingPackage.
For planners using Venue Directory, nothing changes in the enquiry flow. For venues, however, the upgrade creates a smoother and more efficient sales process. Instant bookings and enquiries now land in the same centralised workspace, helping sales teams respond faster, reduce manual work, and manage all inbound demand with greater accuracy.
A Stronger, More Connected Booking Experience
The instant booking functionality already allows planners to book meeting rooms through Venue Directory using live availability and pricing from MeetingPackage. The addition of RFP delivery extends this partnership by giving venues a more complete view of their pipeline, regardless of whether the customer wants immediate confirmation or personalised proposal handling.
By having both booking types in one place, venues can streamline their internal processes, improve response quality, and eliminate unnecessary system switching.

The enhanced integration also improves proposal preparation. When a Venue Directory enquiry arrives, MeetingPackage uses a venue’s live inventory and pricing to automatically generate most of the proposal details, allowing sales teams to review and finalise responses more quickly within Venue Directory.
This enhancement represents the next phase of MeetingPackage’s collaboration with Venue Directory and lays the groundwork for deeper connectivity in the future.

To activate the integration, venues must have an Enhanced Listing on Venue Directory. This provides increased visibility on the platform and unlocks both instant booking and RFP capabilities for domestic and international properties.
