Corporate Responsibility

Waste - Since 2017, we’re proud to have removed 2 million pieces of single-use plastic per year, continuing to exclude them from the supply chain where possible. We have already switched over 70 products from single-use plastic to recyclable or compostable materials, with a view to increase this further.


Energy - 100% of the electricity we consume is sourced from renewable energy.


Travel - 75% of our monthly business reviews now take place online


Partners - We undertake rigorous assessments of existing and proposed partners, auditing modern slavery, WTD and fair pay, environmental credentials and DDA compliance.


Supply chain - All existing and proposed new suppliers are asked to provide a CSR statement or policy outlining their approach to sustainability and progress on reducing their impact and/or contributing to the community.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
