Offering 14 function rooms covering 880 sq m, the Westminster Suite accommodates 400 theatre, 280 banquet or 250 cabaret and has a fresh contemporary style equipped with the latest technology. We also host a Cryptic Quest challenges which is exclusive and is ideal for half day training, full day training or as a team building exercise. Corporate Responsibility

We are proud to have been awarded a Gold rating in the Green Tourism Business Scheme and an IACC Certification. We have achieved this by introducing new Green initiatives such as recycling plastic bottles, glass bottles, paper and cans, which we actively encourage both conference delegates and residents to comply with. To support this, we have also introduced schemes such as the Towel Policy, Linen Policy, Jute Bags in the bedrooms for recycling, and we also convert any waste oil from our Kitchens, into Bio Fuel. Furthermore, we have equipped our car parking with 8 EV charging stations.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
