For every delegate on a green meeting package we will plant a tree through our partnership with More:Trees.

The Castle Hotel is conveniently accessible for both local and international visitors. Heathrow airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car, and Windsor & Eton Central tarin staiton is 800m from the hotel. Delegates can reach London Paddington or London Waterloo in a little under an hour. Excellent roads to Windsor are accessible via the M4.

- Up to 60 days before the first day of the Event: no cancellation charge;
- Between 59 and 30 days before the first day of the Event: 50% of the Total Event Charges;
- Between 29 and 7 days before the first day of the Event: 80% of the Total Event Charges;
- Less than 7 days before the start of the Event: 100% of the Total Event Charges.

For any Event of more than 31 Participants:
- Up to 365 days before the first day of the Event: no cancellation charge;
- Between 364 and 180 days before the first day of the Event: 50% of the Total Event Charges;
- Between 179 and 60 days before the first day of the Event: 80% of the Total Event Charges;

- Between 59 and 30 days before the first day of the Event: 90% of the Total Event Charges;
- Less than 29 days before the start of the Event: 100% of the Total Event Charges.
