The nature of the venue and surrounding bedrooms which nestled on the edge of the woods allows your delegates to feel a world away from the office. Large sliding glass doors open up the rooms, creating a fresh and natural environment. The Woodlands venue comprises a meeting room, bar/lounge and a dining room. It is surrounded by decking where delegates can enjoy a break in the tranquil setting. There are 23 bedrooms in The Woodlands, all are light, airy & comfortable, and just a short walk from the venue. Wow your VIP by booking our stunning Treehouse suite, or toast marshmallows on our tipi firepit for a unique experience. The feel of The Woodlands makes it the ideal venue for a multitude of events, from conferences to product launches - training to celebrations! We are thrilled to officially unveil the latest renovations at The Woodlands. Our Woodland Lodges have undergone a complete transformation, blending modern luxury with the natural serenity of our grounds.
The new design moves away from the traditional and embraces a "nature" aesthetic. We’ve used deep forest greens, warm terracotta tones, and premium brass finishes to create a space that feels like a high-end retreat. Whether your guests are staying overnight after a wedding or recharging during a corporate retreat, these rooms are designed for total relaxation.
