Description

Our Swindon Hotel is just a couple of minutes from the M4 and under an hour from either Bristol or Reading. Swindon is a key business centre, positioned between the South East and the South West of England making it the ideal base for business.  Our modern and well-equipped meeting rooms provide the perfect setting for brainstorming sessions, team meetings, or presentations, with all the tech to get things done, as well as delicious and nutritious food & drink options. Guests can use our in room messaging service Pronto which is the fast and effortless way to get instant support and order food and drink during your meeting or training event. We have 11 meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 300 people in our Inspiration Suite with a private foyer area. This is complemented by our breakout area that offers a selection of unlimited hot & cold refreshments and snacks throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
