Hotel can offer free parking to conference delegates that park on hotel car park. (Normally £9 per-day per-day) Vehicle MUST be registered at reception upon arrival.

Trees of Life - rewilding the Scottish Highlands for meeting delegates
For meetings of 10-plus delegates, Hilton Garden Inn Stoke will plant one tree per delegate in protected sites in the Scottish Highlands to create homes for wildlife and create forests of the future.
