Parking is free for all conference attendees; however, they must scan the designated QR code. QR codes are available throughout the site and in every meeting room. Failure to scan the QR code may result in parking charges, which we have the ability to waive.
Capacities:
The maximum room capacities listed depend on the chosen setup and will be reduced for staging, dance floors, or AV equipment.
Catering:
Catering is available through our supplier. If using external caterers, a surcharge of £2+VAT per person will apply, and all boxes/plates must be collected on the same day to avoid disruption to next-day bookings.
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings are in place once requested. A booking form to confirm booking details will be sent out to the customer for signature and a 30% non refundable deposit will be taken on booking
50% of the total event cost will be charged for cancellations made 7–60 days before the event.
100% of the total event cost will be charged for cancellations made 0–7 days before the event.
Music Licenses:
If music is played at your event, obtaining the correct licenses is the responsibility of the event organizer.
Pricing & Add-Ons:
All prices exclude VAT. Add-ons like food, drinks, AV systems, and staging will be quoted based on your specific needs.
Dry Hire Includes:
Projector/screen, flipchart, Wi-Fi, free parking, tap water upon request and furniture arranged in your preferred layout (additional setup charges apply for event hall furniture).
PARKING IS FREE IF DRIVERS SCAN THE QR TO ENTER THEIR REGISTRATION. QR CODES CAN BE FOUND IN RECEPTION AND THE ROOMS.
