The 130 bedroom Macdonald Botley Park & Spa delivers modern function room space with 11 meeting rooms that are well equipped with audio visual support and a host of extras. For large scale conferences and exhibitions, the stunning Fair Oak Suite with its magnificent glass atrium can welcome 500 guests, The hampshire grove suite can accommodate up to 200 guests, while our sophisticated private executive boardroom is perfect for up to 12. Each space benefits from natural light, free Wifi and extra bandwidth is available on request. The Hampshire countryside offers a wide variety of team building, golf and corporate away days for your delegates, staff or guests to network and connect.
