CCT Venues–Smithfield is our answer to the increasing demand for creative meeting rooms in London. Our Smithfield venue has recently been refurbished and reopened on 20th January 2020 with a fresh new look that celebrates the iconic building which it is housed in. Situated above the historic, Grade II listed Smithfield market in Farringdon, London, CCT Venues-Smithfield is seamless with its surroundings, embodying London’s historic markets from the flooring to the décor. Adorned with its traditional wrought-iron windows and Victorian features, the trappings of tradition end the minute you walk through the door. The interior has been completely re-imagined and revitalised with a bright, lively and energising new design – creating an informal and inspiring space which fosters creativity, perfect for meetings, training and conferences. The venue has exellent transport connections located near Farringdon train stations which has underground, Elizabeth line and Thameslink services.

CCT Venues is an award winning company including a multi award winning recipiant of the Clean City Award as organised by the City of London Corporation. The Clean City Awards scheme encourages good practice in waste management across the Square Mile. The award comes as welcome recognition of CCT Venues’ long-standing commitment to reducing waste, reusing materials and recycling.

CCT Venues have also won IACC Green Star awards along with MIA awards recognising contributions of key staff in the meetings and event industry.

We have policies that cover waste reduction, reducing water consumption and reducing energy consumption, CCT Venues have continually looked at ways to re-use and recycle where possible. Educating our staff on environmental issues was the first step.
