By car: From J33 on the M1 turn onto Sheffield Parkway [A630, A57]. At the roundabout take the fourth exit and follow the road left onto Arundel Gate.

By train: Sheffield Station (5 minute walk along the water cascades towards the traffic lights. Continue uphill towards Arundel Gate for 200m).

Pickup/Drop off

Parking costs £12 for Day Guests and £18 for Residents. 60 spaces are first come, first served. Pay at the reception kiosk or via QR codes displayed in the car park and at reception.

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
