Rutland Hall Hotel is off the A606 between Oakham and Stamford. From the North or South: Join the A1 until you see the A606 turnoff. Follow the road until you see the signs for Rutland Hall Hotel on your left. From the West: Take the A14 or A47 until you reach the A6003. Follow this to Oakham and take the A606 turnoff. The hotel is on your right.
Rutland Hall offers plenty of car parking across the resort. Directly outside the main hotel reception there is parking and drop off points. There are three further car parks in close proximity to the function rooms. There are accessible spaces across the site also.
Cancellation policy
Flexible Rates: Bookings have a 48-hour cancellation period. No charge will be incurred if the booking is cancelled before 3pm, two days prior to arrival. If cancelled within this time, or not arrived, the full amount of the stay will be charged. The card on file will be charged 1-2 days prior to arrival for your stay. Any extras must be paid on departure.
Advanced Purchase Rates: Please note that these types of reservations are non refundable and non transferable. Full pre-payment is required for the duration of the stay; and will be charged from the credit/debit card between the time of booking and the day of arrival.
During your stay
While you are with us on the resort, rest assured that we do not accrue room charges, which ensures you won’t encounter any unexpected bills. Instead, any spend you make on site, for example in Blossoms restaurant & bar, will require payment at the time of purchase.
Dinner reservations
Reservations for dinner should be made at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment. Weekends at Rutland Hall Hotel can be very popular and so we would be delighted to make a reservation for you. This also applies if you are staying with us on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast (DBB) package. (There is an allowance of £35 per adult when staying as guests on a DBB package).
Leisure facilities
During your stay you have full use of our leisure facilities.
Please note the swimming pool is currently closed for major refurbishment works.
Email sign up offers
NEW sign ups only are entered into our ‘sign up’ competition which will be drawn regularly. Winners will be notified by email and must take their prize (an overnight stay in an Executive room with a water view) within 3 months of their name being drawn. There is no cash value or alternative method of claiming the prize. Prize is non-transferable, and subject to availability. Winners will be entitled to a £35 food allowance per person (maximum of two) for dinner in Blossoms restaurant. Valid for stays Sunday – Friday.
