The Roseate Reading is designed for both business and pleasure, boasting the latest technology, stylish yet functional surroundings and dedicated conference rooms providing the ideal location for meetings and events. There is even a 30 seat private cinema, ideal as a quirky corporate presentation style or to be used for a VIP social event where colleagues can view the latest movie including dinner and cocktails.
The Roseate Reading houses 23 beautiful luxury rooms in the main hotel and 32 rooms and suites in the newly built and furnished ‘House’. All rooms and suites in the ‘House’ have direct access to Aheli Spa and The Home Gym. The décor is unique to each room and won’t fail to leave you feeling entirely relaxed, with premium soft furnishings, a high tech audio-visual system, luxury toiletries and high quality coffee machines.

Parking is chargeable at the following rates and can be paid at the Reception Desk:
Up to 4 hours: £6.00 per car | 4-12 hours: £12.00 per car | 12-24 hours: £20.00 per car
A deposit total of 50% of the estimated total costs will be payable in order to secure the booking.
The balance of payment will be due 14 working days prior to the event. This figure will be based on an estimated spend. A credit card number will betaken at this time to guarantee any extra charges. All extra charges must be settled prior to departure from the venue on the day of the event unlessotherwise agreed in writing by The Forbury Ltd.
Where there is a cancellation of part or an entire event the following charges will apply:8 working weeks prior = 50% cancellation charge6 working weeks prior = 75% cancellation charge2 working weeks prior = 100% cancellation chargeIndividual room hire charges are treated as a non-refundable deposit.
