Thames Lido is the result of a 3-year restoration project in 20217 of the Edwardian Kings Meadow baths in Reading. The heated outdoor swimming pool sits central to the site with a poolside bar and 120 seater restaurant overlooking the pool with floor to ceiling windows. The Lido also boasts 6 treatment rooms, sauna, steamroom and hot tub.The events rooms is on the first floor with stairs located by the restaurant and bar entrance; a lift is also available. The room is rectagular (128 square meters) with the west side fully glazed opening onto an outdoor balcony overlooking the river Thames. The windows all have blinds which can be individually raised or lowered to give the right level of natural daylight. The events room is equipped with a screen and short throw laser projector and air conditioning. We can cater for breakfast, lunch & dinner either to eat in the events room or on the ground floor in our beautiful poolside restaurant.

| Midweek Day Delegate | From £45.00 (Inc Tax) | Thames Lido Day Delegate Rate Includes: full day room hire, unlimited hot drinks & an arrival pastry, sharing small plates (choice of eating in main restaurant or in the events room) afternoon cake, stationery, WIFI, short throw laser projector & screen, PA system, flip charts. A private bar is availble in the room, a great place to socalise after your event. We will require advance notice if this faciltiy is required and would be at an additional cost. The minimum number of 15 delegates applies otherwise we can offer a room hire charge and attach catering options. |

TERMS & CONDITIONS
In extenuating circumstances, Thames Lido reserves the right to cancel any hiring and will provide the hirer with a full refund of any monies paid If the hirer cancels the booking more than 28 days before the event a full refund will be given. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to events@thameslido.com and receive a confirmation email from events@thameslido.com If the hirer cancels the booking less than 28 days before the event, 50% of the deposit/room hire fee will be refunded only If the hirer cancels the booking 48 hours prior to the event date, 100% of the deposit/room hire fee will be due Final numbers to be given 1 week before the event to enable correct invoicing Room hire payment will secure the booking, all invoices to be paid within 30 days or payment made on the day ALCOHOL, FOOD & ILLEGAL SUBSTANCESThe hirer may not bring drinks (alcoholic or non alcoholic), food or illegal substances onto the premises for consumption
2. If it is found that unauthorised drinks have been consumed or illegal substances used on the premises, appropriate action will be taken
3. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure their guests adhere to these rules
SMOKING
1.Thames Lido operates a non smoking policy. The hirer must ensure that no one is permitted to smoke within the confines of Thames Lido, event room balcony or pool area
2.The designated smoking area for an event is outside to the right of the restaurant doors. It is kindly requested that all cigarette butts are disposed of in the ashtrays/bins provided
DAMAGE OR LOSS
Thames Lido will not be held responsible for any damages or loss to individuals whilst at Thames Lido Any damages to the fabric of the building, breakages or loss of equipment arising from the event, Thames Lido will discuss with the hirer and recoup the lossGUEST SAFETY
The emergency doors must be kept clear at all times and not be blocked by any furniture or items associated with the event Thames Lido has 24 hour CCTV in operation throughout the building, pool and outside areas An authorised representative of Thames Lido will be always present within Thames Lido and the hirer shall comply with any directions given in relation to use of Thames Lido
