If you are looking for a dramatic setting for a presentation or business event, we recommend the Richard Towneley Suite. With its vaulted ceiling and stained glass windows, this converted chapel creates a unique setting which conveys the utmost prestige. It can accommodate up to 160 delegates in a conference setting, and can later be converted into the most spectacular banqueting suite.

Terms & Conditions

Standard Payment Terms - 1) The Client shall pay an initial 20% deposit upon confirmation to secure the Client's provisional booking, based onthe total contracted value outlined in the Event Proposal.2) The Client shall make a further payment of 50% of the total contracted value, payable 60 days prior to the start ofthe Event. This payment is in addition to the 20% deposit, resulting in a total deposit equal to 70% of the contractvalue.3) The Client shall make a further payment of all outstanding pre-booked items 14 days prior to the start of the Eventunless credit facilities have been granted.4) Any balance outstanding at the end of the Event must be settled either prior to departure or, if credit facilities havebeen agreed upon by the Hotel, within 30 days from the issue of the final invoice. In case of delayed payment, theHotel may charge interest at 5% above the HSBC Bank Base Rate as of the due date.Standard cancellation terms - Cancellation or postponement of the whole Event is subject to the following cancellation charges, based on thetotal contracted value (or in case of a reduction in numbers, the value of the reduction):For events of over 50 Room Nights and/or Exclusive useOver 180 days - 20%P a g e | 361 - 180 days - 50%31 – 60 days - 70%7 - 30 days - 90%Under 7 days - 100%For events under 50 Room Nights61 – 90 days - 20%31 – 60 days - 50%7 - 30 days - 90%Under 7 days - 100% To discuss bespoke options, please contact our direct directly.
