Barnham Broom's event spaces are perfect for meetings and events, offering versatile and bespoke options. From a one to one interview room to a full day's event for up to 180 guests (without restrictions in place). The recently-refurbished Barford Suite boasts a terrace opening out on to the extensive grounds and has private facilities and bar. The Kimberley Suite on the first floor, offers a balcony overlooking the golf courses. Rooms can be partitioned and there are also two smaller event suites for more intimate meetings and events. Dine with your delegates in the exceptional Brasserie or enjoy afternoon tea or drinks the lounge. The perfect backdrop for a business meeting, away-day or elegant evening sioree. Arrive via the conference car park with lots of free parking, in to the conference reception area to meet your event host. Options also available for arriving by helicopter with advance notice.

Directions

Situated on the south west of Norwich just off the main A47. Merge onto Norwich Southern Bypass/A47. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A47 At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Norwich Road then Slight left onto Mattishall Road. Turn left onto Barnham Broom Road and the venue will be found approx 1 mile on the left with parking.

Pickup/Drop off

For the Barford and Kimberley choose the Conference Car Park with access direct to your event suite, also use this car park for large vehicles. If you are visiting the hotel for a meeting in the Bickerston or Colton, please use the main hotel car park and enter via the Hotel reception.

All meetings and events are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in the contract you will receive upon confirmation of your booking with us.

Sustainability

Barnham Broom are proud to have been awarded a Bronze award by Green Tourism and are committed to environmentally friendly practices and reducing our carbon footprint wherever possible.We see the Bronze award as just a starting point and are keen to build on this. However, we already have a number of green initiatives in place.

Corporate Responsibility

First, we use locally-sourced food and drink in our kitchens, preferably within a 40-mile radius. This not only allows us to work with some fantastic local suppliers, such as Winbirri Vineyard in Surlingham and Cleveleys butchers, but it also helps us to decrease food miles and support local businesses while showcasing what the region has to offer. This is complemented with ethical teas and coffees and eco-friendly toiletries which are available in our food outlets and bedrooms respectively. Waste minimisation is also an important element for us as we recycle wherever possible to cut down on landfill. For example, we use a cardboard baler to reduce the number of bins we need and the amount of potential miles and waste produced. The team at Barnham Broom always makes the effort to be environmentally conscious and reduce the use of energy and water to minimise waste. For example, there is a widespread use of LED bulbs and sensor controls to avoid surplus energy usage.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
