Description

Sedgebrook Hall is a Victorian Manor house with purpose built conference facilities set in 13 acres of secure landscaped grounds, near to the charming village of Chapel Brampton in the heart of the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside and well connected by the M1 and M6 motorways. An ideal location for meetings and conferences, Sedgebrook Hall has 22 meeting rooms comfortably accommodating up to 200 delegates. Each of the 103 bedrooms have been designed to offer modern convenience and comfort. The on-site leisure club has an indoor swimming pool, spa, gymnasium, sauna, all-weather tennis court, snooker. Sedgebrook Hall completed a refurbishment of public areas and bedrooms in 2022.

From M1 South: Leave at junction 16 and follow the A45 towards Northampton. At the 1st roundabout take the left exit signed Lodge Farm & Althorp House. Continue straight over the mini-roundabout until you reach a T-junction where you turn left, then immediately right. At the next T-junction, turn left onto the A428 towards Harleston.

Sedgebrook Hall is committed to reducing the amount of energy used by both our employees and our guests, and reducing the amount of water used. We are striving to reduce the amount of waste send to landfill sites by recycling materials where possible. We also encourage our colleagues to participate in the local community.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
