Careys Manor Hotel is an 18th Century Manor house situated in the village of Brockenhurst, just a short walk from the train station. With seventy-seven uniquely decorated bedrooms as well as three flexible meeting rooms. Careys Manor is home to three restaurants, all of which use local ingredients; Cambium offers contemporary British dishes, while French cuisine is served in Le Blaireau and authentic Thai food in the Zen Garden Restaurant. Guests are invited to relax in the hotel’s leisure facilities, including a large Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam Room, as well as the state-of-the-art gym.
