We understand the importance in providing a focused environment for clients to deliver their events, and bespoke all our delegate packages to suit your budget offering an all-inclusive price … with no hidden charges. We have outdoor space for team building, 450 free car parking spaces, free fibre optic Wi-Fi and great food guaranteed to keep even the hungriest delegate going all day. Our fantastic leisure facilities are included in our day rates and include a 16 meter swimming pool, squash courts, sports hall and gym.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
