Sessions are held by our spa professionals in your meeting room (15-20 minutes) and include a range of stretching exercises to energise and revive your guests.


The Lowry Hotel offers revitalising snacks and enhancements from £5.50 per person.

This includes invigorating energy drinks and smoothies plus high energy bars.
