Exciting Upgrades Coming to Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel!

We are undertaking a programme of refurbishment works to enhance our bedrooms, public areas, and meeting spaces between September 2025 and February 2026. These improvements are designed to elevate the comfort and experience for our guests. All works have been carefully planned to ensure minimal disruption, and our team will make every effort to maintain a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere throughout your visit. Please note that all refurbishment dates and schedules are subject to change.

Make it a classic Christmas at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel. Enjoy an arrival drink, a 3-course menu of festive favorites and interactive DJ until 1am. PEAK DATES from £59pp (International Suite & Park Suite) for Friday & Saturday. OFF PEAK DATES from £49pp (International Suite & Park Suite) for Sunday - Thursday. LEVEL 3 from £47pp (Sharer nights only*). Dates available throughout November and December. What Happens if I Cancel?

No one wants to have to cancel, however sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. Although we will do everything within our ability to help you in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, there needs to be an agreed 'Cancellation Policy' Here's how ours works:

 

Date of Cancellation

More than 24 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - Cancellation charge payable by you: Non-refundable deposit is retained.

Between 24 and 12 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 25% of the total booking value.

Between 12 and 4 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 75% of the total booking value.

Less than 4 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 90% of the total booking value.

We will try to re-let the allocated room or rooms and a reduction of cancellation charges will be made if we are successful.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
