Booking and Payment
Event confirmation requires a non-refundable 50% deposit and a signed Event Agreement.Payment methods: credit card or bank transfer. Costs include taxes and service charges.Final Guest Count
Minimum 12 guests per box, unless on a minimum spend package.Final guest count due 14 days before the event, can be reduced by 20% if within this timeframe.Final Payment
Final payment (Estimated Total Event Cost less deposit) due 14 business days prior to the event.Accepted payment methods: company checks (if pre-approved), MasterCard, Visa, or online portal.Food & Beverage
Only TOCA Social's food and beverage allowed on-site.Minimum spend clients responsible for reaching contracted amount. Buffet based on final guest count.Event Time & Duration
Events minimum 2 hours (1.5 hours for junior parties).Events start/end at contracted times. Boxes held for 15 minutes; late arrivals may lose box.Event Refund, Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

Client assumes responsibility for personal property and equipment; TOCA not liable for loss or damage. Deliveries must be pre-approved 7 days before the event.Decorations, Advertising & Entertainment
All decorations, advertising, and entertainment must be approved by TOCA Social at least 7 business days before the event. Restrictions may apply to signage with logos.Safety & Responsibility
Patrons must follow safety rules. Supervision required for children under 16.Bootroom
Client belongings left at the client's risk.Indemnification
Parties indemnify each other from claims arising from negligence, breach, or injury caused by their actions.Applicable Law
Governed by English law; subject to English Courts' jurisdiction.
