Conference Cancellation Policy: 

In the event that the Hirer cancels a confirmed booking, the following charges will be applied:-·          Minimum of two weeks notice – No charge

·   Between one and two weeks notice - 50% of room hire will be charged,

·   Between 24hours and one week notice – 100% of room hire will be charged,

·   Less than 24hours notice – full amount of conference booking will be charged.


Notification of cancellations should be made in writing (fax, email, or by post) and will be effective on the date received by the Clarendon Hotel.
