The Clarendon Hotel is situated in Blackheath Village with commanding views across open grassland to Royal Greenwich Park. The hotel is also ideally situated for visiting historic Greenwich, O2 Arena and London's attractions. The perfect venue for weddings as well as meetings, events and private dining – with a choice of four rooms providing facilities for up to 150 guests, as well as catering for smaller meetings of just two people or more. 175 ensuite bedrooms offer all the latest modern amenities. The Clarendon Conference Centre is organised for both residential and non-residential conferences and seminars. We also offer Private dining at The Clarendon. Conference Cancellation Policy:
In the event that the Hirer cancels a confirmed booking, the following charges will be applied:-· Minimum of two weeks notice – No charge
· Between one and two weeks notice - 50% of room hire will be charged,
· Between 24hours and one week notice – 100% of room hire will be charged,
· Less than 24hours notice – full amount of conference booking will be charged.
Notification of cancellations should be made in writing (fax, email, or by post) and will be effective on the date received by the Clarendon Hotel.
