With 40 meeting rooms, it is one of London's most versatile spaces. The venue caters for 1,400 theatre-style, 150 diners or 2,000 for a reception.30-syndicate rooms are on offer of which 21 have natural daylight plus 1,360 sqm of exhibition space. 630 spacious bedrooms with two restaurants & a Mirrors bar complement the hotel's meeting facilities. Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
