The London Stadium (Formerly 2012 Olympic Stadium, Home to West Ham United) is the perfect space for meetings and events. From awards dinners to team building, meetings for 6 to conferences for 350 and receptions to Christmas parties for up to 1000, we have it covered. We boast some of the most stylish stadium spaces available at a venue that truly comes to life during events. Combined with great food and service our events create personal memories for everyone attending. The contemporary nature of the rooms with views of the stadium bowl or the City of London appeal to all. However, most want to embrace the venue and what better way than to combine a meeting or event with a tour visiting the changing rooms, player’s tunnel, dugout and indoor track or a team build utilising the Community Track where the elite athletes warmed up during London 2012. Taxis, private vehicles and deliveries can arrive directly to the Stadium's West Stand for direct access to the function rooms. Your event coordinator will send you a detailed directions document which can be circulated to your event guests.
