Terms & Conditions

1.1 A deposit of 25% of the booking value is required upon confirmation for private functions and Christmas bookings or companies/individuals with no credit facility with London Bridge Hotel. Deposits are not refundable or transferable but may be offset against a cancellation charge. The above payment terms apply unless stated otherwise overleaf.

1.2 Pre-Payment is required prior to the booking to include room hire, pre-ordered food or beverage and chargeable audio visual requirements

A credit card will be required as a guarantee against incidentals and extras; this will be pre-authorised 3 days prior to the event. VAT will be charged at current rate.

2. The hotel venue requires written confirmation by the agreed date. If the hotel has not received such written confirmation by the date stated, the hotel may at its discretion consider the booking cancelled. The final number of guests attending the function must be given no later than 5 working days before the start of the function. All numbers will be considered guaranteed and charged at a minimum rate.

3.1 Upon receipt of signed contract, cancellation charges applies as follows based on minimum numbers, room hire or confirmed catering requirements stated on the contract whichever is applicable.

6 - 12 weeks = 40% cancellation charge

6 weeks prior = 50% cancellation charge

4 weeks prior = 75% cancellation charge

2 weeks prior = 100% cancellation charge

3.2 Accommodation – In the event of cancellation or non-arrival we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the tariff specified; unless:

i) In the case of reservations in respect of 21 or more rooms, cancellation is notified not less than 28 days prior to arrival.

ii) In the case of reservations in respect of 11-20 rooms, cancellation is notified not less than 14 days prior to arrival.

iii) In the case of reservations in respect to 5-10 rooms, cancellation is notified not less than 7 days prior to arrival.

iv) One to five rooms is not classified as a group booking and therefore cancellation may be made up to 2pm on the day prior to the date of arrival without charge.

3.3 Any additional costs incurred by the hotel including such items as audio visual, food, printing, floral decorations, photographers, musicians or any other entertainers engaged will be charged in full
