For events past June 2021 we are quoting on the assumption that social distancing restrictions will no longer be required at the time when your event is due to take place.
Should this change, we will discuss with you any changes in regulation that may impact our agreement/proposal. In the event that we can no longer accommodate your event in the designated space based on local regulations which are known to apply at the time of your event we will either allow you to :
a) rebook for another date,
b) offer flexible cancellation in line with our flexible agreements ,
or
c) we will work with you to develop a hybrid meeting solution , either split across different meeting rooms or properties, (or if impact in Food service limitations - will offer alternative F&B arrangement). If the parties enter into a contract for the event, we will capture the above in the contract.
