Upon receipt of confirmation, the hotel does not require a formal contract for any group or event. Confirmation through MyEventsChannel will be deemed sufficient. By providing this confirmation, you acknowledge and accept the Hotel's Terms and Conditions as outlined in the proposal.

Gold Status Greengage ECOsmart acreditation. We can also can provide a copy a carbon impact calcuation report using the as part of the Hilton LightStay. A copy of our ESG policy is available on request.
