Glaziers Hall is compliant with BS 8555:2003 Stage 3. We minimise use of non-renewable energy, the waste we generate and consumption of water. We use sustainable and local products wherever possible. In March 2020 we were awarded a Gold "Green Tourism Award".

We also looked at how we can support our attendees to also be more sustainable. Our supply chain is built around valued relationships with our partners, who share our desire to look after the environment. This we achieve through: Working with businesses who are locally based, Use seasonal produce, where appropriate, Share our vision to achieve our “Goals in Green”.
We have significantly reduced the number of suppliers we have, so we reduce the unnecessary light duty vehicle transportation miles.
Cancellation Policy
For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
