This smart, modern venue has natural daylight, high spec AV kit and air conditioning in all rooms and free WiFi Internet throughout.. The venue offers 18 well-equipped main rooms with adjacent additional smaller rooms for discussions, interviews or meetings. There are a number of large suites including ‘Illuminate’ – a converted post office adjacent to the main building – a flexible, state of the art conference and event space Two stylish restaurants serve superb food prepared by in-house chefs and there are several breakout areas and coffee lounges.. The venue offers excellent value, all-inclusive rates as well as a range of flexible packages to suit all business requirements and budgets.

Sustainability

We were one of the first venue companies to sign up to the "Carepar" scheme which measures carbon emissions. This means that our clients can get an accurate independent account of how environmentally friendly our venues are.

Corporate Responsibility

Etc.venues have been pioneers of good CSR practices since we were formed nearly 20 years ago. Each venue has a CSR champion responsible for co-coordinating green initiatives, charity work and diversity in our recruitment policy.

The company received the National Recycling Award in 2007 and was the first venue group to sign up to the new CarePar initiative to reduce and monitor emissions. Our volunteer work has gained recognition from London Mayor, Boris Johnson, and we recently received the HBAA Award for best CSR policy for our work with Charity – Magic Breakfast.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:

Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
