The Conrad London St. James hotel has seven meeting rooms ranging from the Chequers Boardroom for ten people, complete with full video conferencing facilities, to the Whitehall Suite, which can cater for banqueting for up to 230 people, or can be configured to a theater style layout for 300. Our team of event professionals will work to ensure that all of your special requests are met. Each meeting room includes in-built audiovisual equipment, and offers flexible layouts and a range of food and drinks to meet your individual requirements.

Directions

From London Heathrow Airport: Take the M4 into London, entering Hyde Park Corner from Cromwell Road and Knightsbridge. Follow signs for Victoria station, taking Lower Grosvenor Place into Victoria Street. Drive down Victoria Street towards Parliament; take a left into Broadway. From London Gatwick Airport: Take the M23 to the A23, then Kennington Road to Westminster Bridge Road, straight through the round about onto Westminster Bridge, then around Parliament Square taking the Victoria Street exit towards Victoria Station. Halfway down Victoria Street, turn right into Broadway. The hotel is located opposite St. James's Park tube.
