Description

Located in the heart of Westminster, we are a Grade II listed multi-purpose sustainable event and conference venue, hosting almost 1,000 unique events a year. We are set within Dean’s Yard and offer a peaceful and green setting along with stunning views of Westminster Abbey, only a few minutes’ walk from Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament and St James’s Park. Choose from 19 versatile event spaces – all equipped with the latest event tech – expertly managed by our award-winning event production team. Built in 1939 our stunning Grade II Assembly Hall was designed by world-renowned architect Sir Herbert Baker. Natural light streams through the 15 arched windows onto the gallery level, while the polished English oak panelling and emblems sit beneath the room’s architectural focal point – a 30-foot glass dome. Our flexible spaces can accommodate up to 664 guests in a single space and be adapted to fit all event requirements – whether it is an awards dinner, a fashion show or… a boxing bout!

From St James's Park - Leave the station via the Broadway Exit and head down Tothill Street. When you reach the end of the street, you will see Westminster Abbey. Cross over the road going towards the Abbey. Go through the archway on the right into Dean's Yard and Church House is the large building facing you at the end of the courtyard.

Carbon Neutral Policy

We are committed to making both our events and our building as sustainable as possible. In 2024, we are proud to have achieved net-zero status—an incredible six years ahead of our target. We have heavily invested in energy management systems and actively collaborate with our clients to reduce the carbon footprint of their events.

Carbon Offset Policy

We offer event organisers the opportunity to conduct pre-event and/or post-event carbon calculations for their events with our partner, Event Decision. Carbon emissions measured with the event impact assessment can be offset with myclimate Switzerland in sustainable carbon offset projects.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
