Located on the 9th floor of Hotel Indigo, 1 Leicester Square Rooftop Bar & Restaurant is easily accessible via Leicester Square Station (2 mins), Piccadilly Circus, and Charing Cross (5 mins). Nearby bus routes, taxi access, and local car parks make reaching this central West End venue simple for all guests.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· All final numbers and menu choices must be submitted 14 days prior to the event.
· Self –catering food is not permitted with the exclusion of wedding or birthday cake. We will ask you to sign a disclaimer.
· Please be aware that LSQ Rooftop is located on the 9th floor of Hotel Indigo Leicester Square and consideration must be given to the hotel guests including but not limited to music and the departure of all guests.
· All music within LSQ Rooftop is subject to the absolute discretion of the manager on duty regarding the volume levels. Please note in extreme circumstances this may result in music being stopped early should co-operation not be forthcoming.
· Equipment or belongings brought into the building must be removed at the end of the event or midday on the following morning. Any items left shall be disposed if not collected within 2 weeks.
· Please advise us in writing of any changes or cancellations. We are unable to offer any refund/credit for person(s) who do not attend the event for any reason, with any additional guests being charged for on the date of the event.
· Your event is not confirmed until payment of the deposit is received together with this signed contract. The venue has reserves the right to cancel or release any bookings not confirmed with signed contracts or receipt of agreed depoits/full payment.
· Costs incurred as a result of actions by any member of the party will be the liability of the individual/company whose name appears on the contract.
· Venue cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of property on the premises.
· The running of all events is the responsibility of the duty manager. All decisions regarding the management of the event, the guests and any third parties contracted to provide a service or equipment remain the prerogative of the venue.
