Cameron House Booking Terms and Conditions.
Bedroom Booking Policy
Flexible Rates: Reservations will be charged a deposit of 50% of your total stay at the time of booking. 7 days cancellation notice is required prior to arrival, if you cancel within this time frame your deposit will be refunded. 50% deposit will not be refunded for any cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.
Promotional Offers: Reservations will be charged in full prior to arrival. Payments are non refundable. Bookings cannot be transferred or amended.
Guest Check-In
Check in is from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. Please note that check-in will not be permitted without a valid credit card or debit card. On arrival all guests will be required to provide a valid credit card or debit card to guarantee room payment (if not prepaid) as well as extras/incidentals. This card will be utilised to administer a pre-authorisation charge of the room rate per night, if not prepaid and £100 per room per night to cover any extras.
Late Check-Out
All guests must have vacated rooms on day of departure prior to 11am.
Late check-out can be requested from reception at an additional charge subject to availability.
Please note although the card is not fully charged at this stage the authorised funds will be held against the likely purchase. The final form of payment for extras/incidentals may be changed on departure if you wish, however it should be noted that if you fail to complete your transaction at the point of departure with the same card utilised at check in, it may take up to 20 days for the monies to be released back to your account. Personal credit limits are the responsibility of the credit card holder and we do not take responsibility for any charges incurred as a result of any breach in these limits regardless of the length of time charges are held.

If you would like to amend or cancel your booking please email the team reservations@cameronhouse.co.uk or call 01389 312 210 and we will be happy to assist you.
In the unlikely event that Cameron House have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can: (a) accept the changed arrangements as notified; (b) make an alternative arrangement with us; or (c) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
