Mercure Livingston Hotel is ideal for business meetings and conferences for up to 120 delegates. The hotel benefits from free onsite car parking for up to 120 vehicles (guests must enter their car registration number at reception on arrival) We are proud to be a Green accredited venue having been awarded Green Key for 2025.

Terms and Conditions Cancellation Terms

More than 24 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - Cancellation charge payable by you: Non-refundable deposit is retained.
Between 24 and 12 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 25% of the total booking value.
Between 12 and 4 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 75% of the total booking value.
Less than 4 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - 90% of the total booking value.

Available on day meeting only for up to 20 delegates taking place within 28 days
Amend delegate numbers or cancel your meeting up to 1 working day prior free of charge.

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
