Terms & Conditions

1.       The Client agrees to pay the fee(s) as detailed on each contract, including the deposit amount agreed between by The Company and the final balance 28 days prior to the booking date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking by The Company.

2.       All deposits paid, are non-refundable and must be paid within 10 days of making the booking, to secure the hire of the Venue. When a deposit is paid the Client is automatically bound by the terms and conditions laid out in this contract. The deposit amount will be agreed by the Company and may be based on an overall percentage of your total booking amount.

3.       All contracts are legally binding and cannot be cancelled without written confirmation. For any cancellation over 28 days prior to the booking date, 25% of the value of the booking will be payable to the Company. If cancellation occurs 14 days prior to the booking date, 50% of the value of the booking will be payable to the Company. If cancellation occurs 7 days prior the booking date, 100% of the value of the booking will be payable to the Company. If payments already made exceed the percentage value(s) agreed above, a refund may be given at the discretion of the Company excluding the original deposit amount which always remains non-refundable. In the event of withdrawal from the contract by the Company neither party shall have any claim against the other.

4.       Final details for any event must be received at least 14 days prior to the event, any changes after this time frame will only be permitted at the discretion of the Company.
