To confirm your booking
To confirm your booking, confirmation of the event is required together with a signed copy of these terms and conditions and signed copy of our booking contract..
Can I amend the number of guests attending?
Yes, as long as you give us adequate notice of any variation of your booking. Please note however that our cancellation policy will apply if the number of guests or total cost of event decreases by more than 5%. In the event that you have additional guests, we will use our reasonable endeavour to offer those additional guests the same service we offer to your other guests. Please note however that the price for your booking will then be increased accordingly pro rata.
Can I cancel my booking
A cancellation of an event results in a considerable loss for the centre. This is why in the event of cancellation of an event the following liquidated damages will be payable by you to us plus applicable taxes:

12-8 weeks before scheduled booking date - 50% of the total booking
8 - 2 weeks before scheduled booking date - 75% of the total booking
Less than 2 weeks before scheduled booking date - 100% of the total booking
Can the centre cancel my reservation?
Very occasionally we are forced to cancel reservations. In the unlikely event that this should happen, we will refund to you any advance payment you have made. We will however only cancel your booking if any of the following occurs:
a)The centre is closed due to fire, by order of a public authority or by any other cause outside our control.
b) The reputation of the centre could be damaged by the reservation or could disturb our other guests
c) The person or organisation making the reservation is declared bankrupt or has become insolvent
Once you have been refunded for the cancelled reservation we will have no further liability regarding your reservation.
