5 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens with a large lawn area suitable for teambuilding, falconry, archery and laser clays. In the summer croquet, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 and giant chess is set up for guest use. Meadow area for peaceful relaxation as well as an area that produces fresh fruit and herbs that are used in our kitchens.

Road - Leave the M25 at J10, follow the A3 until the Robin Hood Junction. Take the A308, turning left onto Warren Road after 1 mile. Air - Heathrow Airport - we can pre-book transport for any delegates. Rail - From London Waterloo, head to Norbiton train station. Bus - From Putney or K-U-T, take the 85 and leave at the Warren Road stop.

Terms & Conditions

Once both parties have signed the contract all provisions booked on your behalf are confirmed & therefore subject to cancellation charges at the
following amounts in the unfortunate event of cancellation or postponement:
25% If the event is cancelled more than 100 days before the event/accommodation commences
65% If the event is cancelled between 61-100 days before the event/accommodation commences
90% If the event is cancelled between 7-60 days before the event/accommodation commences
100% If the event is cancelled within 7 days of the start date
Any cancellations or amendments to guest numbers must be confirmed to Warren House in writing. Should you make significant changes to the
program or expected numbers, this may result in amendments in the applicable rates and/or facilities offered by us, which will be put in writing to
you.
The numbers on this contract are the numbers chargeable, however if you send updated numbers that are higher than the original number
confirmed then this becomes the new chargeable number. We do appreciate that it can be difficult to estimate numbers, and therefore you have
the option to reduce your number of delegates / bedrooms by up to 10% per day / night without incurring cancellation charges provided you
inform us in writing at least 10 days prior to the event.

Encourage our staff to cycle to work offering secure cycle parking.
