The extensive range of rooms and suites enable us to accommodate up to 180 for dinner and in excess of 250 for informal events. With our own in house catering & professional experienced team we aim to exceed the expectations of our guests.

A booking is not confirmed until a signed contract is received. A signed contract is binding and confirms acceptance of the Club’s terms and conditions. We regret that no refund will be made in the event of the customer wishing to cancel. Anticipated numbers must be provided when the initial booking is placed. The Club reserves the right to provide an alternative function suite if your numbers fall below the minimum required.

The Club is required to make the relevant provisions for any delegates who would find evacuating the building in the event of an emergency difficult. As a result of this, we require the organisers to advise us of any persons needing assistance, in advance of the event, in order for a PEEP form to be issued thus enabling sufficient planning before their arrival on site.

The Club reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit, to a pre-determined level, subject to each event, details will be specified within the contract.

Settlement terms are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice.

The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Club or the furnishings, utensils and equipment, therein by the wilful act to default of the customers/guests of the customer, the customer shall pay to the Club on demand the amount required to make a good or remedy such damage.

Please note that users of our car park do so at their own risk. The Club will not accept responsibility for any damages, accidents or losses.

We are always glad when our guests make reference to the Club, however since our name and logos are important commercial assets and a symbol of our own business, we would need to review all printed or broadcast materials bearing our name and logo prior to any distribution.

THE CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING WITHOUT LIABILITY ON ITS PART IF:

The Club or any part of it is closed due to fire; dispute with employee(s), structural alterations or by order of any public authority.

The Client becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.

The Client is more than thirty days in arrears with any payment to the Club.

The event might prejudice the reputation of the Club, at the management’s discretion entirely.

There are any home football fixtures; concerts or other form of entire stadium usage scheduled after the booking is made, in which case alternatives shall be offered.

There is any building works or activities which may affect an event. Building works may be carried out which could cause noise and disruption, our intention is to minimise any disturbance caused but by signing this contract you agree to this and understand there could be an impact.
