Terms & Conditions

New bookings made in 2020 for arrival dates until Dec 30th, 2020 a flexible cancellation policy is offered for any event up to 50 people or 50 bedrooms until 24 hours prior to the event. The agreed event value will be retained by Pentahotels and the event organizer may use this amount as a credit to spend on one new event date within twelve months of the original event date. When a new date has been selected by the event organizer, a new price quotation should be offered and if there is a price difference, the amount due is payable by the event organizer. If a new event date is not selected within twelve months of the original date, Pentahotels will retain or collect 100% of the event value.

The credit cannot be transferred to another Penta Hotel.
