Description

Roffey Park is a purpose built residential Conference, Events and Training Centre set in 40 acres of rural Sussex countryside yet close to Gatwick, Crawley, Horsham and the M23. We cater for all events from board meetings, smaller conferences, hybrid meetings, weddings and private dining to larger events catering for up to 120 people. With 60 executive bedrooms, a bar and two dining rooms, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and small gym we can cater for your every need. For your organisation’s next event, meeting or conference - Roffey Park offers a unique combination of features with all the facilities you would expect from a contemporary country venue and the bonus of specialist support from the staff of one of the UK’s leading management training organisations. Sustainability

We have been awarded ISO14001 in Environmental Management systems. We have recycle waste bins in every room, a living roof on our main conference suite and all our working practices are designed to minimise the impact on the environment. We source food locally and keep a kitchen garden.

Corporate Responsibility

As part of our charitable purpose Roffey Park offers bursaries on our open programmes and discounts on our events to charities. We also offer preferential pricing on the hire of our facilities to charities.
Roffey Park has an active Community, Diversity and Sustainability Group (CoDiS), which acts as a focus for advising on our approach as an organisation and employer in the areas of:
• Our societal and community contribution
• Our environmental performance
• Our approach to diversity and inclusion.

Staff play an enthusiastic role in the wider community by supporting many different activities ranging from supporting local schools, hosting a Carers Weekend, supporting St Catherine's Hospice, to a ‘Giving Tree’ at Christmas to send gifts to local Action for Children projects. Groups of volunteers regularly work in the garden of Holly Lodge, a local respite care home for children with severe physical and learning disabilities, to maintain the garden.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
