New Meeting Room Alert at Leonardo Hotel & Conference Venue Hinckley Island

We’re excited to introduce the Trident Suite – our newest large meeting room, thoughtfully named by our team as a tribute to our neighbours, Triumph Motorcycles, in keeping with our Triumph Bar at the hotel.

Located on the third floor and fully accessible, the Trident Suite is designed to host meetings and events for up to 100 guests in cabaret or theatre style. Flooded with natural daylight, this dynamic space is conveniently situated next to six syndicate rooms and a catering/refreshment lounge.

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our meetings and events offering, we are proud to provide the opportunity for exclusive use of the third floor for larger events. This includes the Trident Suite, six syndicate meeting rooms, a private refreshments area, and dedicated restroom facilities—ensuring a seamless and private experience for your guests. Plus, with 362 bedrooms onsite, we offer discounted accommodation rates for event attendees.

Directions

From the North & East: Take junction 21 of the M1 onto the M69. You'll stay on the M69 almost to the end and then take junction 1 signposted Hinckley. Turn left at the top of the slip road onto the A5 and you'll find the hotel 300 metres on the left. From the South: Take junction 20 of the M1 at Lutterworth and follow signs for the A5 via the A4303. Turn right onto the A5 through Ullesthorpe and you'll find the hotel on the right just before you reach the M69 and Hinckley town centre. From the West: Take junction 2 of the M6 and follow signs to the M69 north. Then, take the first junction off the M69 signposted Hinckley. Turn righ at the top of the slip road onto the A5 and you'll find the hotel 300 metres on the left. By rail: Hinckley Island is situated 1 mile from Hinckley local train station which connects to major routes in Coventry and Rugby. Coventry train station is 12 miles from the hotel.
