We can provide everything from an intimate meeting for a day, through to the exclusive use of the resort and all 78 bedrooms onsite. Champneys Henlow provides business customers with two fabulous meeting rooms; The Peacock room and the Rose Suite, as well as lounges that can be converted into breakout space, and our Private Dining room just off the main restaurant. Both have excellent natural light, wireless broadband and business amenities. In addition to the conference facilities, you can enjoy the elegant and luxurious leisure facilities that are on offer; the lounge area, ideal for pre-dinner drinks or an evening reception and the spa itself - perfect for those pampering spa treatments to say thank you to your employees or to impress your clients - Henlow has it all!

Henlow Grange had renovation in 202/21 and the new facilities include a Laconicum, herbal steam chamber, and two fitness studios. A state of the art Rasul mud chamber and hydro pool and outside hot tub are also now available. Henlow Grange is decorated in the finest Georgian style, with opulent upholstered furniture, hand painted walls and Venetian style mirrors. Henlow Grange’s charm lies in its reverence to the past whilst providing the latest spa facilities. Terms & Conditions

Cancellation

Any cancellation or postponement must be confirmed in writing to the Sales Executive.  The terms and charges are:

(a)      Cancellations over 3 months prior – no charge.

(b)      2-3 months – 25% of all facilities & services booked

(c)      1-2 months – 50%

(d)      Less than 1 month but more than 14 days – 75%

(e)      Less than 14 days  – 100%

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
