Champneys Henlow provides business customers with two fabulous meeting rooms; The Peacock room and the Rose Suite, as well as lounges that can be converted into breakout space, and our Private Dining room just off the main restaurant. Both have excellent natural light, wireless broadband and business amenities. Funding will also be used to support the brand's expansion in both the UK and abroad by Eamonn Crowe TWFBLNWHATSAPPMAIL Global investment manager Cheyne Capital has extended its long-term partnership with Champneys through a new funding agreement that will support the company’s next phase of investment and expansion.
Building on a relationship established in 2022, Cheyne’s latest commitment includes a £32m capital expenditure facility to refurbish and upgrade all bedrooms and public areas across Champneys’ portfolio of four spa resorts and two spa hotels.
The funding will also enable further enhancements to spa and wellness facilities, food and beverage concepts, and landscaping.
The investment will accelerate Champneys’ sustainability initiatives, with a focus on energy-efficient systems, waste reduction and environmental stewardship across its estates.
As part of this next phase of growth, Champneys is plans to expand both domestically and internationally through a management contract and franchising model.
This includes the recent opening at the Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club in Spain, and soon to be announced UK-based operations.

The transaction has now completed. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cancellation
Any cancellation or postponement must be confirmed in writing to the Sales Executive. The terms and charges are:
(a) Cancellations over 3 months prior – no charge.
(b) 2-3 months – 25% of all facilities & services booked
(c) 1-2 months – 50%
(d) Less than 1 month but more than 14 days – 75%
(e) Less than 14 days – 100%
