The hotel also has 5 smaller break out spaces, the largest can facilitate 50ts. 3 media hubs for infrequent meetings and a business centre too. The Courtyard by Marriott has three restaurants, two of which are situated on the 6th floor and overlook the westerly runway. With large outside terraces you can sit and enjoy a drink whilst looking at interrupted views of London skyline and the runway. There is a gym onsite which is equipped with all the latest state of the art equipment. Market Place shop also offers guests additional drinks & snacks. If you cancel an Event, you will be required to pay:
- where the Cancellation Notice is provided in 91 days or more in advance of the Event, a voucher will be provided to be used within the next 12 months from the original event date.
- where the Cancellation Notice is provided between 61 and 90 days in advance of the Event, 10% of the Price;
- where the Cancellation Notice is provided between 30 and 60 days in advance of the Event, 40% of the Price; and
- where the Cancellation Notice is provided between 22 and 29 days in advance of the Event, 70% of the Price; and
- where the Cancellation Notice is provided 21 days or less in advance of the Event, 100% of the Price,
