Description

Overlooking the famous 200 acre Stray parkland, this grade II listed four star Harrogate property dates back to 1671 and sits on the town's first hotel. Harrogate is a beautiful spa town and the hotel is centrally located, close to the railway station but also a short drive from the A1 and less than 30 minutes from Leeds/Bradford airport. A series of ground floor interconnecting rooms provide multiple options for meetings and can be subdivided with soundproof walls to create space for working lunches, refreshment breaks and syndicate breakout areas. The property can host up to 250 delegates for a conference in the Queens Suite, with bar and patio area providing options for breakout spaces and refreshments. A full refurbishment programme has been completed at Cedar Court Harrogate, covering key event spaces and guest accommodation. Meeting rooms have been modernised to better support corporate use, while the Queen Suite has been updated to enhance its flexibility for events. Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
