Overlooking the Campsie Hills, perfectly located for both Glasgow and Edinburgh, the views and scenery are simply breathtaking. The bedrooms are also recently refurbished and have fantastic décor. The hotel has 9 conferencing suites in all, with air conditioning and black out facilities. The rooms are spacious and flexible, adapting to any event from a board meeting, to a training day. The Carrick Suite is a fantastic meeting space lending itself to conferences, banquets, meetings, car launches or receptions with equal flair. It can hold up to 400 delegates. We offer free internet access for all guests and visitors. We can also now offer up to 90 Mbps dedicated internet bandwidth for your conference or event. In 2015 we invested £250k in our new state of the art Techno gym and in 2016 we invested £500k to expand our popular Spa. Currently we are refurbishing and creating 13 luxury suites as part of our bedroom product. In 2018 new beds and TV's were supplied to all bedrooms

Both parties acknowledge the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in the UK and accept their obligation to comply with any official guidance from UK Government. The client acknowledges that COVID-19 may require us to take one or more of the following measures for the safety of our staff and the safety of delegates attending the event to which this booking relates:
Impose maximum delegate numbers at the event;
Limit food or drink availability;
Restrict the numbers of overnight stays if applicable; and/or
Limit any planned entertainment for your event;
If we are obliged due to specific Government restrictions to comply with any of the above, or in the scenario we are required to close our venue, we will propose at least one alternate date for your event. Should the proposed new event date(s) not be suitable, we will where possible offer you an alternative preferred date that may be subject to a change in price. All bookings may also be subject to inflation rate increases. If you are unable to provide the agreed delegate numbers because of infections or travel restrictions, then we will offer you either a proportionate reduced fee for the event or agree to cancel the booking and offer your deposit and any additional sums already paid as future event credit to be used within a 12 month window from the date of cancelation
Due to the ongoing COID-19 pandemic, the below temporary cancelation terms apply for conferences and meetings, applicable to new bookings and existing prospect enquiries with an arrival date between now and 31/03/2022 providing we receive a signed contract before 31/03/2021, the below temporary cancellation terms will now apply:
FOR EVENTS WITH A VALUE OF UP TO £5,000
Date of cancellation: Cancellation payable as a percentage of Revenue for all facilities, equipment and ancillary services reserved
Up to 3 days prior to the arrival date: No charge
Less than 3 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the revenue
FOR EVENTS WITH A VALUE OF UP TO £20,000
Date of cancellation: Cancellation payable as a percentage of Revenue for all facilities, equipment and ancillary services reserved
Up to 8 days prior to the arrival date: No Charge
Less than 8 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the revenue
