Glasgow Training Rooms is not your ordinary venue; we're a dedicated training facility in Glasgow city centre offering bespoke training, meeting and conference rooms with on-hand support and state of the art presentation equippment.
Your event is at the heart of everything we do, and our meeting and training rooms are built from the ground up to be fully suited for your business event's needs. Our on-hand support team put your event at the heart of everything they do, and will ensure your meetings and conferences run without a hitch. All our rooms are designed to keep meetings and corperate events fun and refreshing with 75" TVs, comfy breakout rooms, a games room and outdoor roof terrace.
The venue is located within The Pentagon Centre - an accessible building located a short walk from Glasgow Central Station. We are surrounded by plenty of shops, cafes, and hotels to make visiting us an easy and enjoyable experience. All areas of the building are fully accessible by wheelchair.

We are based within The Pentagon Centre which is located at 36 Washington Street, just across the road from the Argyle Street Marriot hotel.
For those travelling by train we recommend arriving at Anderston station – we are located just across the road.
There is a large ground-level open-air car park directly opposite us. Pricing us currently £9.50 per day as of October 2023, and you can pay by card through RingGo. There are a number of other car parks in the immediate area too. We recommend searching G3 8AZ on Parkopedia for a full list.
Please note that we commence providing services to you when we confirm your Booking, so amendments or cancellations to your Booking are not permitted other than as set out below. Should you wish to amend or cancel a Booking you must also confirm this by e-mail.
Standard payment terms are 15 calendar days from date of invoice. Exceptions to terms are only allowed if specified under prior contract agreement. Late payment may invoke terms as per The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 on outstanding balances.
Cancellation terms are as follows:
For Bookings of up to 3 days in duration
· Cancellation within 7 calendar days of first day of booking = full charge
· Cancellation within 8 – 10 calendar days of first day of booking = full charge with 50% credit towards next booking
· Cancellation more than 10 calendar days before first day of booking = no charge
For Bookings of between 4 and 10 days in duration
· Cancellation within 10 calendar days of first day of booking = full charge
· Cancellation within 11 – 14 calendar days of first day of booking = full charge with 50% credit towards next booking
· Cancellation more than 14 calendar days before first day of booking = no charge
For Bookings of more than 10 days in duration
· Cancellation within 14 calendar days of first day of booking = full charge
· Cancellation within 15 – 21 calendar days of first day of booking = full charge with 50% credit towards next booking
· Cancellation more than 21 calendar days before first day of booking = no charge
For Bookings confirmed within any chargeable period as stated above, we allow a 24-hour grace period during which you can cancel your Booking with no charges. After this the Booking will become chargeable and standard cancellation terms as above will apply.
You can cancel a Booking at any time up until the Booking Charge Date as above and we will not charge you for the Booking (and we will refund any sums which you have previously paid).
If you cancel a Booking after the Booking Charge Date, or fail to attend a Booking, you will be charged in full. A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation. You will be issued with a receipt for this charge.
