Description

With spectacular views over the English Channel, we can accommodate 10 - 850 delegates for any corporate function. In-house catering and technical support. Fully accessible conference rooms in the Channel Suite with easy access to staging.  Easily reached by car and train, car parking nearby.The Channel Suite is perfect for conferences, meetings and workshops with three different rooms which can be set up in 5 different layouts. Light buffet options and Breakfast refreshment menu available. For larger conference we can offer the Grand Hall in a theatre style and a cabaret layout. Projector, Screens and microphones available to hire. Fully air conditioned, view of the English Channel from all rooms. The larger conference would be best suited in the Grand Hall with a range of layouts for all types of events.

Directions

The Leas Cliff Hall is easily accessible by M20 motorway - junction 13 By Eurotunnel By rail – Folkestone Central Station (from London Charing X) By coach/bus - Folkestone Bus Station There is direct underground access into the foyer from the Council operated car park (entrance in Sandgate Road). Parking for one day is approximately £5.

Terms & Conditions

Access Time is no earlier than 9am on the day of the Event.Access Time is no later than 5pm on the day of the Event.ATG shall invoice the event organiser for £300.00 +vat deposit which shall be paid with immediate effect.The final invoice will be raised 30 days before this event for immediate payment, at this point we need confirmation of numbers. All payments must be received before the event day. We reserve the right to cancel the event if payment has not been received.   

The cost of hire includes Front of House Staff, 1 Technician for an 8-hour day, providing basic technical requirements.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

 If ATG cancel the event for covid or any other reason you can either change the date or get a full refund including the deposit. Cancellation of the event by the event organiser for any reason the following charges will apply:-

a)     Up to 30 days before the event we will refund the hire costs paid (excluding the deposit).

b)     Between 10 – 30 days before the event we will retain 50% of the hire costs paid including the full deposit.

c)     Later than 10 days before the event we will retain the full 100% hire costs including the full deposit.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMSAll technical requirements to be given as early as possible, no later than 4 weeks before the event.

Any additional equipment needed and/or to be hired in will be an additional cost and charged at settlement.

Any material that is used needs to be flame proof. Certificates need to be shown 14 days before the event.

Any equipment used that is bought into the event must be PAT tested and certificates need to be shown 14 days before the event.

Insurance certificates, if required, should be shown 14 days before the event

We do not allow any raffle prizes or gifts that contain alcohol to be consumed on the premises, please hand them to staff and they will be returned at the end of the evening

Only food purchased in the venue can be eaten on the premises.
