Woodbury Park Hotel and Country Club is fully AA signposted. Exit the M5 at junction 30. Take the A376 to Sidmouth. Then the A3052 to Sidmouth, Opposite the Halfway House Inn, turn right onto the B3180 to Budleigh Salterton until you come to Woodbury Common. We are signposted to the right.
Should the event affected by government Covid restrictions at the time of your booking date:
A further date change is permitted to this agreement should there be a national or local lock down in place, subject to availability.
Should Woodbury Park be able to service any element of your event, within government guidelines, this will remain in the terms of your original contract. Therefore, if you wish to cancel, full cancellation charges will apply as per original contract
All pre-booked accommodation will remain under the original contracted terms unless the hotel is not permitted to open under government restrictions. New rates will be negotiated for postponement date.
A new payment schedule will be confirmed. Final payment, based on final numbers, will then be required 4 weeks prior to the postponed date.
The same agreed terms of minimum numbers as per the original contract to still be upheld, any reduction in minimum numbers will still be a charged.
