Built in Georgian Regency style, the hotel is located a short walk away from the Cathedral, Quay and town centre. Luxuriously furnished public rooms and friendly, efficient staff provide a warm welcome. 156 beautiful en-suite bedrooms, offering 24-hour room service. The Gatehouse Restaurant offers relaxed or formal dining in an elegant setting with a choice of our daily or seasonal menus. As a less formal offering we have The Terrace Restaurant. This is open each evening Monday - Saturday and has a bright Mediterranean feel and a modern Brasserie style menu. There are 7 naturally light ground floor meeting rooms, an air-conditioned main conference suite with an adjoining terrace balcony.
